We are faced with lots of challenges and opportunities that require 'wise' choices, but how do we make them?
If we have accepted Jesus into our lives, His Holy Spirit resides in each one of us as believers. Don't hesitate to ask "Holy Spirit, what should I do in this situation?" "What do you think about what that other person just say about/to me?"
Not all right answers come from His Spirit replying with an answer to your mind. Good answers come from lots of places. But sometimes they come into your thoughts.
The next task is to DO the right thing!

My father taught me,
“Take my words to heart.
Follow my commands, and you will live.
Get wisdom; develop good judgment.
Don’t forget my words or turn away from them.
Don’t turn your back on wisdom, for she will protect you.
Love her, and she will guard you.

The blessing of wisdom is a precious gift that You have given me, Lord. Reveal the wisdom that comes only from Your Spirit. Teach me to be sensitive to Your Word, and give me an understanding of Your plans for my life. Help me to share Your wisdom with each of my children, and lead me to influence others for Your glory. Amen.
