I sometimes write in the margins on my Bible, as thoughts come to me. And date them:

Thank You, Father God, that You are our perfect Heavenly Father, and that You love us so much. Help us to see ourselves as You see as........perfect in Your Love. Thank You, for doing for us, what we can never do for ourselves...making us holy! And for use in Your purposes. We don't know how You do it, but thank You! In the name of Your Son, our perfect sacrifice. Amen.
