And a Psalm of praise for today. I like Psalm 100. This translation is from The Message Bible. I have directed people in the past to www.biblegateway.com . There you can type in a verse of the Bible you like; a chapter; a word or two you'd like more verses to read (i.e. fear, Holy Spirit, Jonah). I counted this morning there are 80 Bible translations from which you can choose; 20 of them in English:

A Thanksgiving Psalm
On your feet now—applaud God! Bring a gift of laughter,
sing yourselves into his presence.
Know this: God is God, and God, God.
He made us; we didn't make him.
We're his people, his well-tended sheep.
Enter with the password: "Thank you!"
Make yourselves at home, talking praise.
Thank him. Worship him.
