"This is the title of the long-looked-for-Savior - the Anointed One. Prophets had foretold His coming and how His kingly authority is recorded. Over three hundred times is the title used in the New Testament. From "Christ" comes the word, "Christian", and from "Christian" comes the word "Christianity".
Today this land of ours is the foremost Christian nation of the world. Our Gospel is the Gospel of Christ of which we are not ashamed, for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone who believes.
"Lord, as 'Christ-ones', let us honor You by having Your same anointing power resting upon us as we enter the service of the day ahead. Amen."
