Today is July 28. It was 17 years ago today that our younger daughter, Merry, was killed in a car/truck accident.

Our family tends to celebrate days like this and remember. Today is no exception!

It is and has been a good day.

It is nice to reflect on Merry being part of our family for 26 plus years.

It is amazing that God has been able to be our/my companion, guide, and friend for the past 17 years. If we include the 40 years of Jim's heart problems, God has been a 'good friend' for many, many years.

Like a Karen's Korner of a few days ago, I/we have a 'mustard seed' sized faith in a big, big God. That is reason to celebrate right there!!
