Today is Thursday, August 8th, 2019; Karen's Korner #4089
I like my perpetual flip calendar from Sarah Young and her"Jesus Calling: Enjoying Peace in His Presence". I didn't read any of the days while I was gone last week. Sometimes I read the wrong day's. I enjoy any of them when I read them.
This is one I read this morning but dated for August 6:
"When things seem to be going wrong, stop, and affirm your trust in Me. Calmly bring these matters to Me, and leave then in My capable hands. Then, simply do the next thing. Stay in touch with Me through thankful, trusting prayers, resting in My sovereign control. Rejoice in Me---exult in the God of your salvation! As you trust in Me, I make your feet like the feet of a deer. I enable you to walk and make progress upon your high places of trouble, suffering, or responsibility."
