Last Monday I asked Karen's Korner readers to consider praying for Mike Cahill and Tim Berends as they were going on a short-term mission trip to Aguascalientes, Mexico, a city of one million people to pass out Gospel Tracts.

This is an update of what they were able to do. "By God’s grace the Lord allowed Tim and I to pass out around 3000 tracts (includes tracts passed out in the airports as we traveled)," said Cahill. "It was encouraging to see many, many people reading the tracts." He included several photos of people stopping to read them; estimating probably 95% of the people eagerly accepted them. 

"Please pray for those seeds that were planted," Cahill said. "Pray that others water, and God gives the increase (1 Corinthians 3:6-9).  Even though everyone may not physically be going to Mexico, by praying fervently for those that have received the Gospel, each person becomes a vital part of this outreach. The Lord promises in Isaiah 55:11 that His Word won’t return void.".
