remember to be thankful. Here is today's entry from "365 Days of Prayer
for Women" (and men!) by Stephanie Sample:
LIFE OF BLESSINGS
"Lord, your blessings
are everywhere. Help me remember, especially when I am feeling afflicted, to
look around at all you have done. Thank you, God! Thank you for the light and
the warmth of the sun. Thank you for all the life that springs from the ground,
and the water that sustains it. Thank you for the laughter of children and the
intimacy of friendship. Thank you even for my afflictions. They remind me
to run to you and ask for your comfort. Thank you for your comfort, which puts
those problems out of mind. You are so good to me, Lord. Your blessings fill my
life."
