Spring graduations wind down for 2024.

I began to reflect on my own high school graduation in the spring of 1964 - 60 years ago this year!

We were in our last few days of school work. Two other friend and I were walking to the softball field for our physical education class, wearing our light-green, one-piece short jumpsuits!

I can remember saying to the other two, "I thought I would know a lot more than I do before I graduated!"

Our p. e. teacher walking behind us but within hearing distance, said, "Congratulations! The beginning of wisdom is to recognize what you still don't know!"
