Kathy Keeling sent me a note yesterday with this short poem, which was written by her mom's friend. Kathy loves flowers and enjoys working in her garden before heading to work each morning........
God walks in gardens,
Bends over flower beds.
Violets lift shy faces;
Sweet Peas bow their heads.
He lingers near the lilies;
Their fragrance pleases Him.
He strolls among the hollyhocks,
Standing tall and prim.
Wherever there is beauty
Rooted in the sod,
Or flung across the heavens,
There is God.
